You do not. If you want to understand how to fix the problems you are facing yourself, we will show you how. If you would like us to fix them for you, we will start your first order. Either way is a perfectly appropriate outcome.
What happens to the $399?
If you simply leave with a clear game plan for how to build your wardrobe, that is a win. If you decide to begin an initial outfit or order with us, it acts as a credit toward it.

Our Royal Oak shop, or your home or office if you are within about 25 minutes of Royal Oak. We will confirm the address with you before the day.
How long does the Session take?
About 90 minutes. Most men want to start their first order while we are together, and we would rather have the time to do it properly than rush you out.
